Diarrhea, Constipation, Diet and Traditional Chinese Medicine
The following is an excerpt from Hot and Cold Health based on traditional Chinese, Ayurvedic and Western medicines and the questioning and counseling of 30,000+ people. Western medical authority does not scientifically recognize either medicine. It considers them more opinion than fact despite the fact that two billion plus people practices them. Body Odor, Stupidity (professional and Non) and Diet
The truth is easy to understand and logical, always makes sense. The cause of body odor is a popular question. I was watching Oprah and one of her recurring experts, Dr. Oz. Her show is a forum. Various views, opinions are presented and the listener is left the decision to decide his or her own opinion. Oprah likes to remain on the sideline. "Every day is new diet... The Many Ways To Breathe
There are two ways to breathe: (1) chest breathing (ribs expand and contract) and (2) abdominal breathing (abdomen expands and contracts). Chest breathing is often referred to as shallow breathing as it only uses the top third, half of the lungs which often increases the rate of respiration, need for more breaths to make up for lack of efficiency. Deeper breaths take in more oxygen, let out more carbon dioxide and are much... (posted by Richard 4 years 194 days ago.)

Milk and Cereal, the Ultimate Commercial
Most everyone eats milks and cereal for breakfast. Milk and cereal is as American as apple pie, but is it that good for you? If you watch TV and or listen to most doctors, it’s great, but if you ask me (Acupuncture Physician Fl 1992-2002, questioned and counseled 30,000+) and many others, it’s not so great. Milk by its nature is cold and damp. In excess, it tends to cause excess moisture in the stomach... (posted by Richard 4 years 221 days ago.)
